Jeanner's Nutty Pigskin Picks - Championship Weekend

28 teams down and only 4 remain. Welcome to Championship Weekend in the NFL.

This year's Championship Weekend features many storylines and we are lucky enough to be treated to watching the 4 best teams compete for a chance to lift the Lombardi.

In the AFC, the Buffalo Bills continue to prove they belong in the conversation with the big boys as they continue to put up impressive performances week after week on both sides of the ball. The Bills are coming off an impressive showing where they held the Baltimore Ravens to just 3 points and will look to build on that against Mahomes and the high powered Chiefs offense.

After earning a bye through the Wild Card Weekend, the Kansas City Chiefs come into this game ready for battle after a dog fight with the Cleveland Browns last weekend. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was forced to leave the game, but backup QB Chad Henne came up with the play of his career to help secure the victory late for the Chiefs.

In the NFC, The Green Bay Packers breezed through their Divisional Round matchup against the LA Rams and will look to continue their dominance on home field and punch their ticket to the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2010 season.

After finishing 7-9 in 2019, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers went out and drastically improved over the off season and finished the 2020 season with an 11-5 record. The Bucs took care of the Washington Football Team in their Divisional Round matchup and went on to defeat their division rival New Orleans Saints last week to earn a shot at the NFC title. The Bucs will be extra motivated for this game knowing that if they can pull it off, they will be heading home to play in front of their home fans for a Super Bowl.

As we approach the Super Bowl, there will be many story lines to keep an eye on. Can Tom Brady win a Super Bowl on home field with his new team? Can the Bills avenge their Super Bowl 25 loss in Tampa Bay? Will Rodgers win a ring after all the pre-season drama around the Packers drafting Jordan Love? Can the Chiefs become the first team since 2004 to win back to back championships?

Enough about the build up though, lets get to my picks! With their only being two games this weekend, I will provide a Props Bet & Anytime TD Scorer for all 4 teams.
